You purchase the plan for the specified amount of time and you can cancel your next bill at any time. Just let us know by submitting a request at least three business days prior to your next billing cycle.
No, you can sign up with the annual price and jump in with requests immediately. You only pay for your subscription and if you no longer need our services you can cancel at any time, effective at your next renewal.
Once you have signed up you will instantly be able to fill out your business profile and make your first requests through our simple and secure online request form.
These are typically specific questions that can be answered in a single email and have a definite answer. If you have larger or more complex questions then try to break them into smaller chunks so that you can get specific answers that will contribute to your overall strategy and/or decisions. If I feel your question is beyond the boundaries of a simple quick response question I will let you know and provide options for moving forward.
No. To ensure that all clients receive exceptional service, limits are enforced and any unused time expires each month and does not roll over so be sure to make the most of it. If you are concerned you will forget you can queue up work for following months.
As long it is possible to complete your task within your available time and reasonably matches the offered skillsets then it is generally OK to go ahead. If your requests is not a great fit then I'll let you know and provide options or recommendations for moving forward.
Most of our “Done for You” support requests will be completed within business hours Monday to Friday and are completed in order of priority or request order. However depending on availability, requests are often completed outside of traditional business hours as well.
You will be provided with a report of all work completed at the end of the month and/or after tasks have been completed. Additionally you can request your remaining time at any point.
